A tour of each tab - what it's for and how to use it.

Dashboard

At-a-glance counters for jobs currently in progress, complete, and failed, plus the full job log below them. This is a log, not a scheduler - every reinstall is always started on the device itself, from the WinPE wizard.

Devices

Every device that has ever phoned in, with its last-known hostname and serial number. Click "View history" on a device to see its full job history, not just the latest snapshot.

OS Profiles

The catalog the WinPE deployment wizard offers a technician on-device. Each profile pairs an install.wim (upload one directly, or extract it straight from a Windows ISO in your browser - the ISO itself is never uploaded) with an image index and an answer file.

Answer Files

Generated unattend.xml files an OS profile can pick from - built with a step-by-step wizard (UI language, time zone, registered owner, product key, whether to skip OOBE prompts) instead of hand-authoring XML or typing an R2 key that may not exist.

Apps

An installer or script (msi/exe/script) usable as a step in a task sequence.

Task Sequences

Bundles one OS profile with an ordered list of steps - app installs and built-in actions (like installing Windows updates or disabling WinRE) - that the WinPE wizard runs after imaging.

Users & roles

Every admin-UI account has one of three roles: Admin (full control, including managing other users), Technician (can create/edit the catalog above but not delete anything or manage other users), and Beginner (read-only). Anyone can change their own password from this menu regardless of role.
